What we collect
When you purchase and use Brand Guide Creator, we collect the email you sign up with, the questionnaire answers you provide, any voice recordings you make (if you purchased the voice add-on), and the generated Brand Blueprint documents.
How we use it
Your answers are used to generate your Brand Blueprint. Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card details. Email is used for account access and transactional messages (payment confirmation, blueprint delivery, expiry reminders).
Aggregated insights
We use anonymized, aggregated insights from submissions to improve our products and may publish trend reports based on this data. We never share your individual responses, brand details, or identifying information. Specific company names, URLs, and personal identifiers are stripped before any data is added to our insights table.
AI processing
Your questionnaire answers are sent to OpenAI and Anthropic APIs for Blueprint generation. Both providers are contracted not to train on our API data. We don't retain your data with them beyond the duration of the generation request.
Data retention
Blueprint files are retained for 6 months from purchase, then may be deleted from active storage. Voice recordings are auto-deleted after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.
